Happy Halloween

Today marks 2 months being set apart as a missionary! It's crazy, time just doesn't even feel real. How can this be the slowest yet fastest 2 months of my life?

We didn't have much of a Halloween over here. President Bassett asked all of us to be home by 7 on Monday so all the girls that I live with decided to have a party. It wasn't much, most of it was us just watching the mission zoom call together but nonetheless it was fun to all be together.

I know most of you won't believe me when I say this but I have become quite a chef here in Hawaii. I can now proudly say I know how to make rice in a rice cooker, eggs 3 different ways, I can cook chicken on the stove top and I can cook veggies in the oven. I also have a FIRE cookie dough recipe that I can make. You might as well put me on master chef cause I'm that amazing!! Actually tho, if anyone has any recipes that are fast to make and have few ingredients that are healthy send them my way because I am going to get sick of eating bland chicken and rice every day.

While I was reading President Nelson's talk "The Everlasting Covenant" a part that really stuck out to me was, "Those who keep their covenants will have the strength to resist the constant influence of the world." I have noticed in my life that when I stay strong in the gospel and close to Christ's teaches it is so much easier to resist temptation. I want to invite all of you to read this talk this week and tell me what you liked about it:)

I love your emails even if I don't have time to respond to all of them know that they really do make my day and I read all of them...multiple times haha

If you would like to send me a letter here is the address:
